Hi and welcome to the Monkey Kids web
site. We hope you enjoy browsing through all of the great products
we have to offer you as much as we enjoyed searching the country
for them!
Monkey Kids was created from a need to find interesting, fun
and different toys for our lively 2 1/2 year old daughter. We found
ourselves looking for toys that we remembered loving to play with when
we were kids, such as things made from wood that felt real but would
last forever. So the hunt began and six months down the track Monkey Kids was born. Along the way we have collected a wonderful range
of quality toys that we hope will challenge and stimulate your child,
but still give them hours of enjoyment and fun.
We’ve also included a collection of stunning baby gifts that
I know every new mother would love to receive!
Every toy and gift on this site is something which we would not hesitate
to buy for our own daughter - she has been our test monkey! So enjoy
the Monkey Kids experience.

CONFIRMATION
OF ORDER |

Once you have chosen your items and have placed
them in the shopping cart (noting special details such as gift
wrapping, colour and / or size) you will proceed to the Checkout.
Here you will be required to enter your contact and payment details.
You will also have the choice to send all or part of your order
to a second address. Please note this information clearly in
the required box. If you have purchased a card and would like
a personal message to be written in it by us to be included with
a gift please also enter this information – remember to
spell names correctly!
Once you submit your order a final confirmation screen will appear
and your personal order number will be shown. This number relates
directly to you and the order you have just placed. Please use
this number for any correspondence you may have with Monkey Kids. |

GIFT
WRAPPING AND CARDS |

Monkey Kids offers beautiful gift wrapping
options for $5.00 for each present wrapped. Simply
tick the appropriate box eg; boy, girl, or baby when you select
your gift and we will wrap for you!
We also have a great range of cards for birthdays, new baby and
even congratulations if you’re pregnant! Choose these from
the drop down menu under Shop by Toy. If required we can fill
in your personal message and enclose a card with the gift and
send direct to the recipient. Enter the card message in the information
box at the Checkout. |

PAYMENT
OPTIONS |

All prices quoted on this site are in New Zealand
dollars (NZD).
Monkey Kids accepts as payment Visa & Mastercard.
Cheque payment will only be accepted with prior approval from
Monkey Kids.
As a security measure, we may contact you prior to processing
your order to confirm your details. |

SHIPPING
METHODS AND COSTS |
|
|
|
Within New Zealand:
For all orders placed which total less than $150.00 there will be an
additional freight charge of $7.50.
Orders placed that total over $150.00 will be delivered freight free.
Delivery to any destination in New Zealand will be by courier. The
estimated time of arrival for your order once payment has been validated
is 2-5 working days.
Rotorua residents - FREE DELIVERY within city limits and Ngongotaha. Outlying
areas, pick-up is available please contact us to discuss
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. box addresses.

Overseas Orders:
For orders to be shipped outside New Zealand, Monkey Kids
will contact you via email to confirm your order and to request
the preferred method of shipping. Once you have accepted the freight
cost your order will then be dispatched.
All delivery costs will be quoted in New Zealand dollars.
Monkey Kids will not be liable for any import or customs taxes
that may apply to your order.
Multiple Ship-to Addresses:
Monkey Kids gives you the choice of delivery. Do you have
a gift which needs to be sent to a different city? Use our multiple
ship-to capability to send a gift to a different address. Look
for this option at the Checkout.
Urgent Delivery:
If you require urgent delivery please note this at the Checkout in
the information box. We will confirm with you that we can meet
your deadline by email or phone and advise if any additional charges
apply. |

RETURNS
AND EXCHANGES |
|
|

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied
with our product(s), Monkey Kids is happy to replace the
item(s) with another choice, or refund the purchase price by
the payment option used for its original purchase.
Please simply return the item to us in the same condition as
you received it, with its original packaging and all relevant
paper work.
This guarantee applies to a period of 20 days after the invoice
date.
For your security we would recommend that you return any items
by insured courier or registered mail and retain your receipt
as Monkey Kids is not responsible for any item lost
or damaged in transit.
Unfortunately we are unable to refund freight costs. Gift
wrapping and gift card charges are also non-refundable and
we cannot accept them as a return.
If any part of your order arrives damaged, faulty or is not
the correct product please notify us immediately and we will
organise for the item to be collected at our expense and a
replacement product sent to you. |

OUT
OF STOCK ITEMS |

| Monkey Kids aims to hold all items shown
on our site in stock. If for some reason we are not able to promptly
dispatch your order we will contact you immediately by email
or phone to advise the items estimated time of arrival. You will
have the option to place the order on backorder or to choose
another item. Once the product has arrived into stock Monkey Kids will then contact you to confirm the product is to
be shipped. We will not charge you for the item until it is ready
for dispatch. |

| While every effort has been made to give you
clear and detailed information on each product shown, Monkey Kids cannot guarantee an exact colour match due to variations
in web browsers and monitor settings. Some of our products are
hand made and therefore design, colour or detail may vary slightly
from the image shown. |
